Account Deletion

Required disclosure for App Store and Google Play

You can delete your SomeBuddy account and associated personal data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete in the app

1. Open SomeBuddy and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Open Settings.
4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

This removes your profile, chat history, characters you created, credit balance, and stored chat images linked to your account, subject to brief backup retention described in our Privacy Policy.

Can't access the app?

Email contact@monovi.com.tr from the address linked to your account and request deletion. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.

What is deleted

• Account and profile information
• Chat rooms and messages
• Custom characters you created
• Chat images stored for your account
• Credit balance (non-refundable unless required by store policy)

What may be retained

• Anonymized analytics or security logs for a limited time
• Purchase records retained by Apple or Google under their policies
• Data we must keep to comply with law
